It says shipping is not available to my country, why is that?

Although the USPS is probably the most affordable postal service we have, the price range for international shipping is huge. If your country does not have a shipping cost, please send an e-mail to contactsoluslupus@gmail with your address as well as the items you wanted to purchase. With that information, we can provide you with an accurate price quote.


Why haven't I received my order yet?

US: Please allow up to 14 business days after your order is shipped to arrive. Unfortunately, any unforseen circumstances that the Postal Service deals with is out of our control. However, such postal delays are rare. We keep record or our proof of postage.

International: Please allow up to 28 business days after your order is shipped to arrive. Shipping speed varies from country to country. Unfortunately, any unforseen circumstances that the Postal Service deals with is out of our control. However, such postal delays are rare. We keep record or our proof of postage.


What if my order gets lost in the mail ?

In the rare event that a package is lost in the mail, and after waiting the suggested times above, please contact [email protected]. Please keep in mind that any packages lost by the postal service is out of our control, however, we are still willing to work with you on finding a solution.


Are the items on www.Etsy.com/shop.xSolusLupus the same as on www.SolusLupus.com?

No. The reason for this being that the site that hosts SolusLupus.com limits the amount of items that we can post at the price of the monthly service we pay. Considering this business just started, we do not pay for the more costly membership that allows for more items to be listed. Also, this makes promoting easier in the way that if someone was on our Etsy, they would see that we have another website and would check that out as well. In the future, we do hope to move away from Etsy.


Are all of your items handmade?

Many of our items are handmade, yes. Those items will say so in the description. However, we do sell items that are not handmade and are purchased through wholesale distributors.


I have an allergy to *this*, can I request an item in sterling silver, etc.?

Only the handmade items can be requested in different materials such as sterling silver. There will be a price increase and you will need to send an e-mail to [email protected] for a quote.

How often do you restock?

It depends on the item. If the item sold out rather quickly then I try to retock ASAP. However, if the item took longer to sell it will not be at the top of my restocking priority list. If there is a certain item that you were really interested in but we sold out, please contact us as [email protected]. If there is a high enough demand for an item we will word harder to get that item restocked.
