Shipping & Returns

Items are shipped between Monday-Friday via the USPS.

Please allow anywhere from 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped. They may be shipped sooner, depending on the volume of sales. Extra time may be needed on large quantity orders or custom orders. In the case that your order is for a birthday, holiday, or any other such instance, please send an e-mail to [email protected] and let us know- we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs. 

Domestic orders are shipped via First-Class Mail and include a free tracking number. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-5 days.

International orders are shipped using First-Class Package International Service. Once shipped, it is hard to tell when your order will arrive as shipping speeds vary by location. However, if you would like an estimate, feel free to send us an e-mail at [email protected]. 

If you need an order rushed, please contact us before placing that order. In the e-mail, please include your address so that I can reply back with an accurate shipping quote.

Returns

An item may be returned, and must be postmarked, within 7 days of receiving your order. However, it is your responsibility to cover the return shipping. Once we receive your return we will refund you for the cost of the product, not the original shipping, within 1-3 business days.

**Custom items can not be returned.

**Important: Before an item is returned, you MUST first send an e-mail to [email protected] and wait for a return approval message. Please include your name, order number, shipping address, as well as the item(s) you would like to return.

Incorrect or Damaged Item

If you receive an inncorrect or damaged item, contact us IMMEDIATELY at [email protected] you will have 7 days after receiving your order to do so. Please include your name, order number, shipping address, as well as the item(s) that were damaged or incorrect. If you received the wrong item please also include the item that you ordered instead, this makes finding your order much easier, resulting in a faster solution. Also, please attach a picture of the wrong or damaged item to your e-mail.

Cancellation

In order to cancel an order you must send us an e-mail to [email protected] with in 24 hours of your initial purchase. Any cancellation after 24 hours must be before the item is marked as shipped. In this case, you will be refunded all but 15% of the total cost, this is to help cover the cost of materials and packaging.
